Dr. Leena Pimpley

Associate Education Leader, Quality Assessor and Advisor

Dr. Leena Pimpley has over 35 years of experience in education, specializing in Competency-based Learning & Assessment, school accreditation, and leadership mentoring. She is a Board of Studies Member for the Department of Education (Integrated B.Ed. Curriculum) at SNDT University and an empanelled School Quality Assessor and Facilitator with QCI-NABET, having conducted 200+ school assessments across India. She mentors school leaders at Ashoka Group of Schools and Amulakh Amichand International School while also leading research on AI-driven educational tools and competency-based assessments.

She is a Cambridge-certified Programme Leader for Professional Development Qualifications and a British Council School Ambassador. Previously, she was part of the founding team for international schools affiliated with IB and Cambridge, including Podar World School, SVKM’s J V Parekh International School, and S M Shetty International School. She has led education quality initiatives for Aga Khan Education Service, Zee Learn Ltd, and the Gujarat Government’s Gunotsav 2.0. Additionally, she has been guiding school managements and leaders on setting up Education Quality Management Systems.

Dr. Pimpley holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Management from NMIMS University. She has presented research at IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, and the Indian History Congress. She has designed a curriculum aligned with NEP 2020 and continues to train educators in its implementation, accreditation processes, and school leadership.
