He serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several NSE and BSE-listed companies, contributing his expertise in governance, finance, and risk management.

A respected thought leader in audit and accounts, he has authored insightful articles for the Sales Tax Review, published by The Goods and Service Tax Practitioners’ Association of Maharashtra.

He holds certifications from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and ICAI, along with specialized credentials in Internal Audit from the Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society, and IFRS, Valuation, and Forensic Audit & Fraud Detection from ICAI.
